I moved to Al Musalla in August, 2024 and some of the reasons were; a good, economical, clean bed space. You can compare this to my previous room below. Muwaileh had become expensive due to rise of rents in Dubai and easy access to it from Dubai. There were other places i concidered as well but I needed something ecnomical as well as having all the rest of the benefits. Travel time was less here from my workplace and parking was enough and free as well. There were only 3 tenants (including me) in a 1BHK and only two of us were using the kitchen, it was a good thing for me since I cook for my self most of the time and don’t like to eat out all the time. This flat had a master room with attached bathroom which was occupied by the lessee and a separate toilet for our room. There were 2 beds in our room (No bunkers) and the it was spacious and clean with a large window to the roadside.
