2024 has been a life-changing year for me in many ways. It was kind of my first year abroad, living away from family, I started working abroad and started my life abroad.
Highlights of the Year

- I obtained a UAE driving licence this year.
- I changed 4 places living.
- I started working on my blog.
- I revamped my digital marketing agency.
- I bought my first Apple Macbook (Air 2020 with M1 to be specific)
Work
In 2024, I got to work within a few different industries; the automotive industry, the e-commerce industry and the healthcare industry.
I worked as a Parts Purchasing Specialist in a garage. Although it lasted just one month, it was a good experience where I learned a great deal about car parts, the Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC), and the workings of the automotive service industry.
I worked as a Digital Marketing Manager for a luxury furniture company. I gained valuable experience in Shopify eCommerce, adding a new and versatile skill to my professional toolkit.
I worked as a Marketing Manager for a medical centre where I still work. This role allowed me to polish my skills in marketing management. It was a pivotal opportunity to grow professionally and gain a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies in the healthcare industry.
Plans and Hopes for the Next Year
In 2025, one of my most important goals is to pay off all my debts and be debt-free.
I also plan to visit at least one foreign country that I have never been to and officially start travelling.
Ahamdulillah I am grateful to Allah, who provided me with so much more than I deserve.
